A couple of hours, depending what shape your stomach's in. After I did this colon cleanse last year, everything I ate shot right through me, and now, after eating horribly for the past couple of weeks, things just sit in my stomach, not affecting me as fast. So if you're in a nutritionally clean position, you will know within an hour, if you are a twinkies-and-pizza person, probably six- to eight hours.

Eat bad meat every day for a week to build up your resistance. Then go dumpster diving with impunity. Man that's living.

all people are different on some it takes a few minutes and on others it takes a few hours, it just depends
