I would think any toy breed, non-sporting breed.

Most dogs think cats are great fun to chase, I have a Pekingese/chihuahua that enjoys chasing our barn cats, she doesn't hurt them and the barn cats in return torment my dog so I guess they are playing a game with her so I guess they do get along. My dog does not play with our house cat since she has claws and Raggs was already told by my cat that she is not interested in playing.
Sometimes it depends on the cat too, if a cat has it's claws they will inform the dog that they do not like to be chased or messed with, just by standing their ground.
I believe all animals can get along or tolerate each other if you give them the space to teach each other, but with very watchful eyes making sure things do not get out of hand between them.

I would definetly say Boxers!

My two boxers are great with my cats. They enjoy snuggling and play wrestling with one. But the other cat won't let them come near her. In the past I had Labs and they would chase the poor cats, not really to be mean but playing, but it terrified the cats. And I had a German Shepard that sadly attacked one of my cats :(

We are talking about a WHOLE LOT of dog but some of the gentle giants have really earned that name. Great Pyrs and Newfoundlands are a couple of breeds that are known for their gentle natures towards both humans and other animals.

Any dog should get along with other animals as long as they are raised with them.

As for breeds, golden retriever, labs, poodles all get along with cats.
I have a golden (mix?) retriever, and she loves cats. My mini poodle actually play around with my older cat.

Pugs or a well bred cocker spaniel should get along fine with cats.

Just a suggestion you can go to petfinder and search for a specific breed and some around your area for adoption will come up, and it says if they tolarate cats or not .

Good luck!
