The Greek word for the first five books of moses. The Hebrew word is Torah. Also The Pentateuch could refer to the Samartian Pentateuch which is the Samartian version of the first five books of Moses.

They are not the Talmud, The Talmud is a collection of Jewish writings by diffrent Jewish writings, not the bible.
