Imagine if a guy you had a crush walked up to you tommorow out of the blue. What would you want him to say?

hm to be perfectly honest, i would say something that would reflect my current mood. for instance, if i was having a killer day, everything was going right, and i happened to see this crush, i would say something along the lines of "hey (name)! how's it going?" then allow them to start up a conversation. u should allow them simply cuz if u try too hard to make a conversation, it'll just flop and u'll look desperate. buuut this would be different if i happened to be in a bad mood. if they did come up to me then, i would most likely say "hey (name) hope it's going good for u (saying that is a gentle way of saying that you don't want to talk to them) but i'm just not having a good day. i'll talk to u later." (saying that right there lets them know that u do want to talk to them) now, if the crush offers to listen to ur sorrows, that is what u may call a "keeper".
of course, there r many other situations, but the only advice i could give for any of them would be to act urself. never try to show off (that may tell them that ur self-centered, even if ur not in real life, but how do they know that? best to avoid doing that altogether) and never ever try to act desperate for their attention. it is rly easy to look like ur desperate for just 1 more minute with them.
in short, say something that relates to ur mood (if u lie about being sad, for instance, and act happy, well no one likes a poser. and that will not also show the crush that ur not willing or comfortable enough with telling them how ur rly feeling. no one needs to feel like they aren't important,) but never try to act snotty with ur mood. being polite is another bonus. and just act urself.
