so this guy ive known for awhile is about 5'9" black hair his eyes look like the ocean and he dresses like a gangster even though he does stupid **** he isnt one. and then there is my sister-in-laws brother who is 20 6 ft blonde and in the navy ive known this guy since i was 7 and saturday he was home and we kissed several times and that has never happened before and i dont know im soooooo confused i really like him. ( im 16 almost 17) my parents said i cant date him until im 18 and the other guy is 16 i dont know what to do what do you think?

my gangster is one of the sweetest guys i have ever met when where together his eyes sparkle everyt ime were just hanging out but when were at school half the time he knows me and the other half he doesnt. and one of his friends that is a girl threatened me so he gets really protective when something ever happens but that about it. THe navy man although he may be "family" to some of you he isnt and the inlaws have adopted me per say i love all of them some much his grandma is like my grandma it wouldnt make things awkward i think but then again idk thats why im asking

You have come in to your own as a woman and the 20yr old is not stupid he has seen you mature into a beautiful young lady so he is taking his shot......He really should be concerned with his career and not some 16yr who could get him in trouble.
The 16yrs old is of no concern with you ...Your real problem it seems is your to eager to have a boyfriend.......How about if you direct your attention on what collage your going to or what summer job your going to get....Boys and Men are just trouble for you right now...keep them as friends and decide on a boyfriend when your done with your higher learning........

Your parents are probably right about dating him. If you like this gangster character, it wouldn't be a bad idea to date him for a while. At this age, it's unlikely that relationships will last for a long time (I'm not much older) anyway, so if there's an issue with that, by the time you're 18 there's a possibility you could date him. As hard as that is, it's a bad idea to date someone your parents say no to-- especially since he's such a close link to the family.

Although it might not be "eew" to date your sister-in-law's brother, think about the complications that would bring. You're talking about extended family's family; what happens with your brother and sister-in-law if the relationship goes really badly? Wouldn't that cause lots of strain in your family?
The gangster guy is nothing but bad news. Why would you want a guy who you admit does stupid ****? It's guys who do that who end up in jail, regardless of whether they're real gangsters or not.
So if you want my advice, it's find someone else! Or take a pause and think about Navy man.

I think your sis im laws brother is off limits. Besides being too old, not living anywhere near you, he is family.
The other guy does stupid ****. You never said once what you see in either of these guys. My vote- neither.
