Most of the Pro's on here, myself included when I was pro, mention a specific country and the illegals from there. What I've come to understand from the Anti point of view is it's more than just this one country. It encompasses many countries. So I guess my question is ... Do you also support illegal immigration from a terrorist country? Doesn't that scare you for your family that some of those illegally here are or may be terrorists?

Comprehensive reform would have legalized ALL those illegally here. Yes something needs to be done but NOT a BLANKET AMNESTY. Correct?

Thanks for the link. That is scary and unfortunately an end result of porous borders and failed enforcement. National Security MUST take precedence in this matter. No matter the humanitarian side.

Comprehensive Reform contradicts the rest of your answer.

If they are illegal immigrants, no matter what their reason is, they are breaking the law! We don't need any more law breakers! We need upstanding citizens! There can not be leniency for one illegal and deport the other! That would be contradictory! Laws are made for all to abide, not just for some! The majority of illegals her, get here on a work or school visa, then stay when they should go home. That is breaking the law. If they want to stay, they should apply for an extension! If there is good reason for the extension it would be granted!

Most people are against illegal immigration (even the undocumented workers) All people want a solution to this problem but nobody has a real solution to it. I think that the only people that are in favour of illegal immigration are the big corporations( they are the ones that benefit the most) and they would not talk about it because you will see who is responsible for this problem. Now! I got to answer tho the first comment about undocumented not been able to answer this question because they do not speak or know how to use a computer. you think USA citizens are so smart, well Got to tell you a story, I know many USA citizens(whites) that think that Africa is a country, that Mexico is only TJ. That Alaska is a country and not a state, that Europe is only France and Germany, They can not name the capital of their state, The only flag that they can identify is the USA flag and the flag of their favourite team and I can keep going and going. So, USA citizens are not as smart as you think. Now! coming back to the issue; Illegal immigrants help the USA economy a lot. To prove it! I am going to ask you a question. What California, New York, Texas, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, Washington have in common? Well the answer is that they have the fastest growing economies in thee USA. One of them is the 8th economy in the world (California) but also, all of them have a big concentration of undocumented workers. If they undocumented workers were really that bad these states economy would be in trouble. So, you see undocumented workers help this coutry. They consume and use many services. Just watch TV in spanish you will see Dysneyland, universal studios, pizza hut, dominos, Macdonalds, Ford , chevy, Nissan, Doge, olive garden, Best buys, ESPN, Nascar, NFL, Hometown buffet, Denn's, IHOP, Low's Home Depot, Bank of America, WM, well fargo and many more, if the undocumented workers were so poor these companies would not spend their time and money in Spanish speaking people(YOu assume that all people that speak spanish are ilegal or pro-ilegals) So as you can see, undocumented workers are a good source of wealth.

I don't support illegal immigration from any country, no matter what. I DO think that the laws that affect LEGAL immigration should be revamped, making the process less costly and less time consuming, but enforcement of the current laws on ILLEGAL immigration needs to occur as never before. Any changes to THOSE laws that get changed should be made TOUGHER. An example of the law that needs to be toughened is, zero social services can be obtained by illegals, whether they have children born in the US or not. The "anchor baby" provision needs to be changed to grant automatic citizenship upon birth to children born of at least ONE US CITIZEN. If at least one of the parents are not US citizens, no anchor baby. The law that makes the companies that hire "voluntarily" participate in the E-Verification system needs to be changed to make it mandatory that they use it AND when illegals come up on that system, they can't be hired, period. Those are just examples of needed changes. There are plenty more.

Are there terror cells in this country? I don't doubt it one bit. As a matter of fact I could go out on a limb and guarantee it. Sadly, I can also bet that at least SOME of those that are here were probably born here and are US citizens, not just illegals.

The way to get Illegals to "come out" is to stop allowing them to work, stop allowing them to collect social services, etc. Look at what's happening in OK as we speak. Over 200,000 illegals left that state even BEFORE the law was enacted on Nov. 1 and there are thousands still leaving the state now. Do the same in the rest of the country and millions will head back home.

No I don't support illegal immigration from any country. Especially the terrorist "countries".

But our present President, the ACLU, and AFL-CIO seem to be going about their own agenda's to doom this country with any and all illegals here.

In the following article, I would like to know why they say that "More than 70% of SSA discrepancies refer to U.S. citizens." Why? And How is that possible? So much for the background checks.

And if we never negoiate with terrorists. Why do we negoiate with illegals, and their supporters?

Beach Girl - Illegals are not the only source of your so called version of terrorists. America and other countries also happen to have their own sources of domestic terrorists that also fall into your catagory of terrorists. A recent child rapist was Charles Arthur Stiles who was arrested. How about the Blood, Crips, Triads, and the Chicago Disciples as your gang of blood thirsty violent killers? They happen to be the very terrorist you speak of, only they are the domestic kind.
America and other countries also happen to have the very domestic terrorists that people are afraid of coming into this country (other countries) illegally. And they'd sell their soul for both profit, and noterity. Something that reaasures them of some sort of power, and gratification that they did and controlled the outcome. Let's not forget the UniBomber, or Timothy McVeigh.

edit: On a separate note. How we modernized our traditionals for the non-natives to enjoy. 2 different versions of the same song.

It really doesn't matter what country they are from, anyone could be a terrorist! Especially any illegal. No papers, no identification or any information on their past. Mercenaries don't necessarily all come from the same country either and they are guns for hire! We need to know who is here and why. The only chance we have is a secure border in Mexico and Canada!

Dog Tricks to use illegal regardless of where they are from I consider the following terrorist acts, such the drug cartel in how they murder people is an act of terroristism. An illegal who abuses a child sexually is a terrorist. Any illegal who takes another's life through violent means is a terrorist. I use the term illegal here as your questions centers around it with others from other countries here illegally. It bothers me anyone with whom we know nothing about are walking the streets of America without much oversight this is what alarms me. We need a system in place to be able to check every one out there just to see what life was left behind upon entering America. Another thing I am not understanding is say once an illegal-is here, let's say is charged with rape gets jail time, upon release from prison they are placed on probation say 4-5 years. But since the person is deported, it would be next to impossible for America probation to accomplish with another country since they are under no obligation to show America the person on probation is meeting the terms of it. So yes I am alarmed with not knowing who all is here and what is their attitude to life when in a new country.

I thought you were pro reform with us. If you are not, I am sorry to have lost your from our side. LOL.

I don't think there SHOULD be illegal immigration from anywhere. I don't really think that the country of origin matters. IT is similar to saying that you can steal if you are from x, or, you can rape if you are from y. The question as I see it is what to do with the illegals that are here now. How do we get them to "come out" so that we can know who they are and IF our country is at risk or not.

Truth be known, I am afraid of any terrorist- whether they are home grown (Timothy McVeigh), from other countries (Osama), or, our own government defiling our Constitution. While a terrorist may affect thousands of people, our Constitution being ripped from us by our corrupt officials affects ALL of us.

Not a pro but.... great question, well said. Yes it does scare me, pros and antis may disagree about what to do with those already here but for the sake of everyone we should all be working towards secure borders to stop those who would harm us.

What you fail to understand is the word "pro" most "pro" like myself do not support illegal immigration from any country. The very idea we do is ludicrous. I am pro closing the border, pro guest worker programs, pro comprehensive immigration reform, but AGAINST illegal immigration and against racism. "when I was pro" and when was that?

and this pro is not scurrying anywhere, some of us work later than others.

Your typical Pro lacks reason and common sense and generally most of them live in a fantasy land full of pink unicorns and rainbows where there is no terrorists and everybody can move freely throughout the world with no problems.
