Im going to respond seriously and save my twisted sense of humor for other questions.
I am assuming that you are in pain over this and it is affecting your life. Anyt activity done in excess can be life destroying. Realizing that wanting to stop has absolutely no effect on your ability to stop is one of the main signs of addiction, any addiction.
You should talk to someone else that has the same addiction and has overcome or learned to deal with it. They do have 12 step programs specifically for people that suffer from sexual addictions such as yours. That might not be the total solution but it is a very good start. At least there no one will tell you that your behavior is "normal" and you need to learn to accept it. THEY ALSO WONT JUDGE YOU. Telling you that you "need to stop" and then walking away is worst than useless and definitely not helpful. Most importantly, they will not laugh at you. They wont laugh at you because they have been precisely where you have been. The difference is that they know how to do something about it because they have done it.
Below is a website that may help you contact fellow addicts.
Contacting them does not mean you have to join. Joining does not mean you have to become spiritual or dedicate your life to doing Gods will. It just means that you dont have to go through this alone. Good Luck

There is a process first you need to Pray to God, talk to your priesthood leader. Then figure out what is it that triggers you to do these acts, if it is having a computer in a private room, then place it in a public area. Keep yourself occupied with good wholesome activities, keep yourself busy, when you feel tempted, call a friend or walk away, and don't participate in things that will trigger the temptation, ok!

The way one overcomes any addiction. Put off indulging for an hour, then two hours, then a day, etc, etc.
Just don't look at the first bit of porn.

Don't let something like religion make you stress over that. Stress over it if it gets in the way of your everyday life activities, relations with other people, etc. It has been proven to be healthy, if it is not an addition. I don't know who often you do. Heck, some of your preists probably do it.

If you truly have religious aspirations, then you must realize this is part of the lower self that must be overcome (sex, greed, material things) You must have a higher goal rather than just pleasing the self.
Here's a thought, every time you do it imagine the angels and Jesus, and God is watching you, because they are.

Porn does so much damage and leaves people feeling dirty and contaminated.
How about growing yourself out of it and displacing porn with things more healthy. This will leave you feeling content and fulfilled and God can bless you. Your sex life can then be enhanced by who you become, not damaged by porn. Look at www.resistporn.com
Hope you find your answer! B

Masturbation is natural, but both pornography (the objectification of women and men) and excessive masturbation indicate you are suffering from stress, patriarchal abuse, and frustration that has to do with something that is deep within yourself and is about who you are. Turn the television off, listen to your breathing, clear your mind and learn to love yourself.

Quoting scripture is really powerful....i suggest starting your day[when you pray] with verbally qouting 1 THessolonians 4:3...
remember the Lord's prayer: give us THIS DAY our daily bread....don't worry about tommorow, the next day, next week, month, year, or the rest of your life [those have enough evil in themselves]...take it one day at a time....pray that God will deliver you from the temptation TODAY....
then the next day, do it all over again..
if you look at the rest of your life, it will just be over whelming...
one day at a time....

So what negative reprecussions has this had on your life, write them down and compare them to the positive impact it has had on your life.
Do you really want to overcome this 'addiction', really? Maybe you need to start by being honest with yourself and ask what your really looking for.

You don't. It's a part of who you are. Learn to embrace it and enjoy it. Just remember, anything in excess can turn into a bad thing. Always use moderation.
