How can you make a pattern of full-empty-full-empty-full-empty with only moving or touching 1 glass?

omg ive heard this one before!
pour the second filled glass' contents into the second empty glass...then put the recently emptied glass back where it was!

Take the 2nd full one and pour it into the 2nd empty one and there you go!! (wow i feel smart today...)
