When He returns, it will be too late if you are in sin. Yes, only one sin can keep you from going to Heaven. That's why we must live our lives accordingly, because the Bible tells us that "No one knows the hour" in which He will return. One must REPENT, or turn away from their sins, and ask for forgiveness. Then, live your life according to HIS WILL, not your own, and you will be SAVED. God Bless

We can't be a follower of Jesus Christ and still living in sin. He tells us, "a house divided will not stand." You can only serve one master.

Gal 5:16-23

16 Living by the Spirit's Power

So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. 18 But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the law of Moses.

19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

22 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! NLT

Col 3:5-11

5 So put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within you. Have nothing to do with sexual immorality , impurity, lust, and evil desires. Don't be greedy, for a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world. 6 Because of these sins, the anger of God is coming. 7 You used to do these things when your life was still part of this world. 8 But now is the time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language. 9 Don't lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. 10 Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him. 11 In this new life, it doesn't matter if you are a Jew or a Gentile, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized, slave, or free. Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us. NLT

Not necessarily. If sin is against God by disobeying His commands, you can reprent to God and ask for His forgiveness. He is Merciful and Most Forgiving. He does forgive for the genuine reprentance. Remember God knows what is in our hearts. God can read the dpeth of our remorse and repentance. We can't fool God and keep doing the same sin again and again.

If the sin is against some other person. God doesn't forgive you for that sin unless and until you first ask the person first for forgiveness whom you hurt. If he forgives you then this particular sin won't stop you from entering in Heaven Unless you have thousands more such issues.

Basic rule of Justice of God is that our sins should be lighter than our good deeds on the scale that will weigh our sins and good deeds.

When God sees we are short of not too many good deeds by His Mercy God multiplies the rewards of our good deeds many many times until our good deeds weigh more than the bad deeds. If that also doesn't work for us then He will send some of us to hell for some punishment to serve first before God grants us the entry into Heaven.

No one can save us from our sins, neither Mohammad to Muslims, Moses to Jews nor Jesus Christ to Christians.
May God bless them all.

It is big mistake of wishful thinking that mere believing in Jesus or Mohammad will get Christians and Muslims in heaven regardless of how many big crimes they have done to mankind.

No No God's justice doesn't work that way.

Yes - the sin of blasphemy. You can say what you like about, or to, God and Christ, but if you are confronted by a clear action of the Holy Spirit (as the Pharisees were when Jesus cast out a demon) and you then say that it was the work of evil/Satan - that is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Everyone is on the path to hell. It is not what we do that keeps us on the path to hell it is what we DON'T DO. Only those who call upon the name of Jesus will escape it.

Because,
By the deeds of the law there shall no person be
justified in God’s sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin and all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:20, 23
Then,
They all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:12 Also I say unto you, whosoever shall confess me (Jesus) before men, him shall the Son of man (Jesus) also confess before the angels of God: But he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.. Luke 12:8-9
However.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
For,
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me. John 14:6
Therefore,
If you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. Romans 10:9
Then,
He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white robes; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 3:5
So,
That whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:15
