I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner but I can never manage to say no to a little bit of chocolate. I workout almost daily and I can't help but have some. I've already cut out: milk, sodas, chips et cetera but it's almost impossible for me to stop eating chocolate. Any suggestions? Lately I've just been getting a palmful or two of chocolate covered coffee grounds. Is that going to effect my diet that much?

A little bit won't kill you, especially with everything else you are doing. But the coffee might hurt you. That much caffiene isn't good for you.

But you need to add the milk back in your diet. You need the calcium to keep your bones strong. You can get fractures from a calcium deficiency, especially with working out. Other than that, sounds like you are doing well. But keep in mind, a diet is about a lifestyle change. Not about completely making yourself miserable. There is nothing wrong with splurging a little occasionally, just make overall healthier choices and you will have a better life.

Try getting some fat free drinking chocolate and have a mug of that every time you get cravings and hopefully that will quench it a little. But all in all a little chocolate never hurt anyone (little being the operative word :P)

I'm a massive chocolate freak as well, so I definitely know where you're coming from!!

i dont think it will hurt too much but if your really worried count those calories and either cut them out of your daily intake or run/bike a few extra minutes to work off the calories.

Try to resist doing it but no it shouldnt affect your diet to much. You gotta treat yourself every once in awhile =D or else its hard to stick to the diet.

If you're trying to lose weight, everything you eat has to count.
Chocolate is loaded with fat and you have to ask yourself if the extra calories are worth it.
