Like what to do when they don't rub it in your face, you can just tell. You know, "You can smell it, smell the hate." Just wondering should I just ignore it or make a big deal out of it? I see it sometimes at college. Very rare though, its just those times when some people think they can rub their problems to you. Then they make you feel bad, because its like "Whats he doing here?" When you done nothing wrong...

i am sorry to hear that you were hurt by those hateful attitude. i first of all like to share some positive mindset with you so that you will be able to see brighter side of the people and world. there are haters against every different subject matter. i don't think there's anyone who does not receive any hate from someone else only except yourself. so, the answer is here, as i've experienced similar cases so many times, and moreover i am quite self conscious and sometimes strange people make me paranoid. but i've realized all these feelings are not what others can change for my peaceful mind, but they're what only i, myself, can handle. you know who loves and cherishes you the best in the world. that is you. they cannot bother you noticeably since the society restricts those illogical hatred and there's law existing to regulate these harmful behaviors. so all you need to do is to relax and not to stop loving yourself. do not let those feelings disturb or obstruct your life from something more important. of course, i simply could say, ignore them and focus on your business, but i know they will keep bothering you until you respond to their tackles. so rather than ignoring them as affecting their feelings, i'd suggest you try to get along with them and communicate with them. if they're real evil and sataneous human beings, it is not going to be possible to forgive and accept them, but it's very rare that there are people who were originally born that way. so, once you try to get along and overcome the hatred attitude that is all generated by the misunderstanding and prejudices, they'll try to get to know about you better, and will find out you are a great person as a same human being. i hope that you'll have better relationship with all sorts of people. if my comment was not clear enough, let me know then i'll add some details.

It's called jealousy, people always behave like that when they feel threatened by someone who they believe subconsciously is better than they. Hey just walk proud and ignore them.
