Doesn't matter. Cadets are "racked and stacked" against all other cadets, ROTC wide. Universities/colleges are not considered.

First factor/ Commander recommendation - make sure he/she/it knows who you are in a good way
Second factor/GPA - you control this
Third Factor PFT (Physical Fitness Test) - you control this
etc

My school had a 100% selection rate last year. And we are not a name school, although we do have a good nursing department and the engineering department isn't too shabby.

I can look at the freshman class and tell you who is going to be a wing commander and who is going to be force shaped by the way they handle their business.

This accurate type of information is unavailable on Yahoo Answers.

You must visit with, or telephone your hometown military Recruiters for the very latest information. (A visit is best when getting your information.)

Right now, start making a list of all the questions you can think of. When the time comes, take your list of questions with you to the hometown military Recruiter and "pick their brain" to ensure all your questions are answered.

Also ask what types of high school courses you would also need to graduate high school, which would be to your advantage for your potential future job, when enlisting in the military.

None of it matters. Pilot selection is based on training while in the service. You can be top of your class and still get heavies. Want to be gauranteed your job, go Army instead.
