well all you can do is just simply tell her in the most honest and caring way you know how. remember this is going to be a very delicate topic with her so step through it gradually. don't forget about her feelings while u talk to her. don't just simply state that u don't like her just be more like...well my feelings for u have changed....i think ur a great person i really do but we just growing apart.....there are so many guys that i know like u rite now....u can find someone better than me easily....if u make her seem like royalty while u dump her then she will most likely feel half as bad. hope i could help! =)

Just tell her how much her friendship means to you. That your really glad that you've been friends all these years. And how cool it is because not alot of people can say that they've had friends as long as the two of you have been friends.
Now, if you already have a "relationship" this won't work. You'll have to just be honest with her, but be gentle. Rejection really sucks.

Just tell her as nicely as possible, that you treasure her friendship but you don't believe the both of you make a good match. You did not want to hurt her but it was best that you be honest concerning the situation.

And then it might hurt her for a while but she will come to relize the same... thats how u could dump a gurl..

That sucks. Just don't lead her on, don't flirt, don't sleep with her. If she asks you directly, be honest, but she'll probably get the hint & not go for a confrontation.
