We know that all children have what we could call guardian angels, as explained by Jesus in the following Bible verse.
Matthew 18
10 “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven.”
A different verse seems to indicate that adult Christians also have guardian angels.
Hebrews 1
14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?

Christian theology nicely known the existence of angel as "messengers" of God. that each and every guy or woman has a "dad or mum angel" isn't a frequently agreed doctrine between the "Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christian, Islam). there is not any helping scripture revelations to this latter perspectives on own dad or mum angel.

You mean like the one that saved my life when I was a teen? Or like the one that saved the kid that ran out in front of my car one day? Both situations were resolved in a manner not easily explained away by 'chance'.

No, but that's just a guess.
Some cartoonists tend to put one angel dressed in white on one shoulder of a cartoon figure and another angel dressed in red carrying a pitchfork on the other shoulder of the same cartoon figure.
Whether that is how it all works, only the cartoonist knows?

No, not only is there no evidence that indicates that there are guardian angels, there is no evidence to indicate that the bible is a trustworthy source of information about anything other than locations in the middle east.
