Yes, you can eat acorns, but you need to ground and wash the acorn meal a few times to wash away the bitter tannins.
In the US, Native Americans used acorns as part of their food supply.

YES
but it requires work...
they have a lot of Tannic acid,, Like many other foods
artichokes asparagus etc. they need to boiled maybe roasted too...
check your local Boy Scouts and American Indian Counsel..

yes you can eat acorns. they were a staple of Indian diet. special processing is required to remove harmful levels of tannins so don't try eating them on your own.
