You know they won't, they don't have a clue. They think the more they suffer, the better they are doing for Mother Earth.

Its easy to be black and white. Its definitely a grey area. We no longer have control over some things because of the extent of the damage already done. Yet there is still things we can do. Taxes never seem to answer anything. I'm an accountant and am amazed how convoluted the government handles our money. Its not a tax problem its based on a personal level. If only a few of us give a damn about pollution it wont matter anyways.
I don't care if you think its a scam i just hope that you don't think driving an SUV does any damage or cleaning your house with toxic chemicals doesnt affect you. Either way we are all surrounded by propaganda from both sides.

I am not sure if this is a subtle joke, or some kind of moronic error. Either way, it is very strange. Ok, here's how it is: I live in a temperate climate, and all those examples you gave are dead wrong. Ironically, a few minutes ago I saw a formation of geese such as the one you suggest doesn't happen any more. The rest of it is tweaked, too. There is climate change and there is global warming, and no serious scientist on the planet is debating that. There is a tiny, tiny conversation about the exact causes, and the proportion of each, but only professional propagandists and paid liars--people like Hannity and Limbaugh--dispute the scientific facts with bits of their prepaid/prepackaged hog wash and fictional hot air. I am not sure what your point is. I can tell you the hoaxes all come from right wing reactionary FILTH who are paid to spread their demented and salacious lies. They often work for oil or coal companies. And they are almost always obese.

In reading all of the "Chicken-Little-sky-is-falling" responses to this question, I have come to the conclusion that common sense is dead.
People are reacting to emotional charges and not thinking. No wonder Al Gore and his disciples are having such a heyday and won the corrupted Nobel Peace Prize. I say that because it was awarded to a terrorist such as Yasser Arafat and the mega-wuss Jimmy Carter who did absolutely NOTHING for peace!
Only it is not just the democrats who are going to make us pay. Republicans and Democrats alike are going along with such UN power-grabbing ploys such as "sustainable development" and the "law of the sea" treaty ... both of which will substantially reduce our sovereignty and power to do what is best for U.S. interests. And all the while you've got the whacko-left environmentalists hamstringing our nation with ridiculous laws that prohibit us from developing our own energy resources to where we can be independent from foreign sources.
GloBULL warming is a natural thing. If it is occurring, it can't be stopped by some silly legislation. All the legislation will do is rob you of your hard-earned money and control the way we are allowed to live. Which is what the Democrats have been trying to do all along, with every social program enacted since the days of FDR.

Global Warming is not manmade. Global warming followed by glaciations has been occurring for millions of years and is the cycle of the Earth itself. While humans do release gasses that can be harmful to one’s health in general, these gasses are not proven to create global warming or anything more dangerous than cancer or asthma as far as a human perspective.
Keep in mind that climatologists look at a narrow area for a specific period of time. They can skew their results by looking only at specific time frames. If you speak to geophysicists, you'll discover that the following steps occur, and have occurred throughout history:
1- The earth warms in temperature.
2- The earth's glacial ice caps melt.
3- The ocean is flooded with fresh water.
4- The sudden flooding of the oceans with fresh water causes the underwater current system called the "Conveyor" to shut down.
5- Once the Conveyor is shut down, then the climate of the earth becomes stagnate because of the lack of water circulation.
6- The oceans cool.
7- An Ice Age begins because cooling oceans mean cooling Earth’s surface temperature (most of the earth is water).
So while I agree that the global warming perspective is incorrect, I disagree with the attitude behind the question.
The person who started the “Global Warming” tirade was Margaret Thatcher. Reference the following website: http://www.john-daly.com/history.htm

Global warming is the "environmental crisis" assigned to GW Bush. Reagan got the ozone layer and the other Bush got the rain forest. I'm sure the next republican president (Lord willing) will be accused of some other global atrocity. Or this whole thing will go away if a liberal gets elected.
Funny how Al Gore was VP for 8 years and within that time, he couldn't do anything about global warming. It's so obviously a political ploy.

After reading the first 5 answers before me.......
I realize that you and 4 of the first 5 people here haven't a clue to Global Warming.....
Lets say for a moment that Global Warming is in fact 'not real' or is somehow a hoax, as you claim in your question.....
There is no denying that the millions of tons of chemicals are being pumped into the air and water.....
Even if you believe that the Earth isn't warming or changing by the hands of humans...... you can't possibly ignore the high levels of mercury, CO2, nitrates and nitrites and all the ozone depleting chemicals that are pumped endlessly into our air and water.
Global Warming isn't just about changes in weather or the melting of the ice caps...... being that we humans need clean air and water to survive (all those water filtration plants can only do so much) Global Warming is mostly about the **** going into our air and water by all those dirty out-dated coal plants!
Ever been to Houston? Sugarland, TX? There's a reason why Texas is now the dirtiest state of all 50.......
Deregulation and privatization of the energy industries!

It has just gotten so pathetic to see how far those in denial of climate change will go to try and keep their cause alive.
What does climate change have to do with taxes? Very classic apples-and-oranges analogy.
Anything done to help combat climate change I'm all for.

I already know it's a scam. They say the Earth has warmed .7 degrees over the last 100 years and in the next 100 years the ice caps will be gone, Florida and New York will be under water and all the polar bears will be dead. They can't give me a 100% acurate weather forecast for this evening and I'm supposed to believe them about something happening 100 years from now? What about the last two years of record breaking hurricane seasons they predicted?

Did the cap and trade system for NOx and SOx harm you?
NO!!!!!!!
In 10 years you are going to whine despite the fact environmentalists and economists explained you why we need to go toward sustainable sources of energy... but it will be too late for you, gases will cost twice and you as US citizen will be blamed for climate inaction and forced to accept climate refugees.
Good luck
