You can't buy a 60GB or 80GB PS3 for $400 dollars. On Ebay, I've seen that many 60GB PS3's are sold for more money than the 80GB PS3's brand new.
You might be able to find a used 60GB PS3 for $400 on Ebay, but I highly doubt that many people would be selling their PS3 after they have been playing it for several months, because literally everyone knows that the best PS3 games are coming out next year.

E-bay.
You want a NEW PS3?
20 isn't made any more so only e-bay would have it
60 is being phased out (and is 499)
and the 80 is been around the longest.
Its called e-bay.
