Hey everyone
I have recently purchased Sean Naleywanjy's "The truth about building muscle" E-book and from what i've read of it so far it seems excellent! Just one small problem, i have a set of weights at home which i'll use because i cannot get to the gym at all. The problem is, how am i going to get round the excercises where you have to use machines? Most of the workouts don't require machines but a few do. How am i going to get round this?
Help please
James.

check out the website below. you may be able to substitute certain exercises, you will just have to be creative. as long as your are performing the same number of reps/sets then the results even with some substitutions will be comparable. diet and training intensity are what really make and break even the best training program

Need more information. What exercises use machines? Most machines isolate the muscle so you can probably do a similar exercise using free weights but in order to give you an example I need to know the machine/exercise.

Well when you have some free time and money saved up you could order the machines you need from ebay or go to your local sporting goods store and see if they have some.
