Gotta go wit Haze. Also Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is great, no Co-Op, but there is split screen, LAN, & online multiplayer.

Resistance: Fall of Man
Haze (may be delayed until next year)
Army of Two (also delayed until 2008)

Those are all that I can think of at the moment.

Ye, theres Kane & Lynch, Dead Men, but i wouldnt recommend it. If you beat it once, chances are youll never play it again
