Diverse! People from all over the world live in NYC and attend NYU. It is very hard to make a generalization about NY because everyone is different and unique.

Rich down to earth students go to NYU. Even though the price tag is compared to ivy league schools, NYU students are more down to earth despite being so rich. Same holds true for NYU girls and guys. Reason NYU is in the heart of Greenich Village with everyone artistically cool.

as a girl living all my life in nyc,
i have to say we are pretty awesome.
but it's great because we are so diverse.
nyu has a lot of people from other places, not nyc. a lot of nyc kids tend to leave the city for college.
