I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

It really is okay. First, the smaller subs, whole wheat bread. Stick to the lean meats like turkey. Skip the mayo, cheese, etc. You can still get lots of lettuce and tomato. Drink water instead of soda, even the diet kind. And don't do it every day, just once or twice a week.

yeah, subway sandwiches are pretty healthy. If you go to their website you can look at the nutritional values for all their sandwiches and stuff. I think they even have this thing called eight under six which are sandwiches with six grams of fat or less. Whenever I am out and trying to watch what I eat, I always head to subway because they make eating right such a no brainer.

Yes, didn't you hear about the guy who lost around 100 pounds by eating at Subway twice a day> You can have all the veggies you want and fat free dressing. There are a number of low fat sandwiches listed on the napkin at Subway.

Jarad did it and lost a couple hundred pounds. The subway members can give you a nutritional value menu which shows the calories, fat, carbs, etc of every sub. They can also tell you which are the "leaner" subs to choose. Remember mayo adds a lot of fat and calories.

Yes - pickles are great for you! As a diabetic, pickles are one of my "free - all you can eat" foods.

Subway makes a veggie sub. Get one of those, but don't get the foot-long sandwich. Get the standard 6-inch, with no dressings. Salt and pepper are OK, but no oil or cheeses.

It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's too much bread. You should only get a 6 inch, and get all the veggies you like - no cheese - and maybe turkey.

You're better off eating a salad at home with grilled or baked chicken/turkey/fish in it.

Skip the fatty parts of a sandwich like cheese or mayo and go for the leaner meats such as turkey or chicken. That way Subway is healthy and good for your diet.

Turkey is your best bet after a veggie sub. And no mayo pr dressing. Use fat free or low fat dressings/mayo. You'll probably want to skip the cheese too.

Subway is the best fast food you can eat when trying to lose weight.
