the bible says something very curious, and if you think about it, it doesn't seem too hard to picture. and if it has been brought up before i am sorry...

Revelation 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

the primary goal of antichrist will be to undo the works of Jesus Christ, his purpose is to defy the savior... so in the post rapture world is it such a stretch for this man who has world domination to methodically wait to kill moses and elijah (i truly believe it will be them) in front of the world during the Christmas holidays and just rename the holidays (or whatever it is warped into in those days) for himself? after all he stands in the holy of holies and professes himself to be god.

You may be on to something, cant say for sure. The will certainly do as you have said, but I don't know what time of year it will be. Bare in mind that after the rapture there will be little left of Christmas or Easter or Thanksgiving, and by that point in the trib, even less. but you have got a good point. I give you a star.

Revelation is a prophetic allegory about breaking the yoke of Roman domination over Isreal...it's not about the end of the world. The "666" number of the beast is clearly a refernce to the Latin spelling of the name "Nero" who was the Emperor at the time Revelation was written and was persecuting Christians at the time. Also, the "city of seven hills" referred to in Revelation is obviously Rome which is a city built on seven hills (the largest being the Aventine hill). so, it is quite obvious the writer meant the end of Roman rule, not the end of the world.

Well, it's starting, really...
Some big companies like Home Depot have replaced the Item "Christmas Tree" with Holiday Tree LOL :)) so that it may not offend who-knows-whom! That's crazy, ain't it? And for the prev. answerer, if that sounds crazy, how about having 73 virgins in heaven??? I think that's even crazier!! There's not as many virgins nowadays! LOL

The Bible says, The Bible says, The Bible says....

...you people in Yahoo have NO CLUE what the Bible says, only what you THINK it says

Jesus didn't establish a book, He established A CHURCH. Jesus promised, "I will build my Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it" (Matt. 16:18). Among the Christian churches, only the Catholic Church has existed since the time of Jesus. Every other Christian church is an offshoot of the Catholic Church. The Eastern Orthodox churches broke away from unity with the pope in 1054. The heretical protestant churches were established during the Reformation, which began in 1517. Only the Catholic Church existed in the tenth century, in the fifth century, and in the first century, faithfully teaching the doctrines given by Christ to the apostles, omitting nothing. The list of popes can be traced back to Peter himself, the first pope. Here is a list:

Jesus’ Church is called catholic ("universal" in Greek) because it is his gift to all people. He told his apostles to go throughout the world and make disciples of "all nations" (Matt. 28:19–20). For 2,000 years the Catholic Church has carried out this mission, preaching the good news that Christ died for all men and that he wants all of us to be members of his universal family (Gal. 3:28).
