Photoshop help?

I whitened my teeth too much in photoshop now it looks really fake I already saved it , so is there a tool that can darken the color and what setting should i use please help i have no idea how to use photoshop

Always duplicate your background layer before doing retouching so you do not change the original image. That way you can undo anything you have changed even after saving (by deleting the layer).

Layer Menu -> Duplicate layer

So, on the new image, dupe the layer, then you can use the burn tool to darken the teeth as suggested above.

Just make sure your layers palette is visible on the right and that you have the correct layer selected.

You might consider reading some tutorials or help files on using layers.
