my little sisters tend to beg for everything. i tell them no when they ask for something so i don't have to listen to my mom yell. it's like a automatic sister thing. how can i stop doing it because even i'm annoyed with it.

try it once, and then see what happens. habit can not be changed in one day, but it can be changed over time.

Tell them to ask mom, by giving the answer for her, aren't you taking over some of her responsibilities as a parent? You still have time before you are a parent, if you want, leave the decisions up to Mom. Where's Dad during all this?

If your sisters truly beg for everything, it may not be a bad thing for you to tell them no.
A way to stop is instead of just saying, "no," talk them through why they can't have it. Ask them questions and really make them think about what they're asking for and why they need it. This will help them learn to think through on their own so that when they're adults, they don't buy everything they want.

Kids beg because it has worked in the past; maybe not with you, but with someone. If you are saying no in a calm manner, this sounds much better than a mom who gets angry. So, anyway, stay calm. If you get emotional, they will too.

you are not being controlling, you are
out of line. Yes protect your little sisters. I say block your mom's yelling out them step aside so mother and children can live in the relationship they are forming to fit their personalities.

At least you're aware you are doing it. Next time, stop and say nothing. Notice that you aren't doing the behavior, you will feel better about it. Let go of your feeling of needing to control and let your mom handle it.

Since you realize that you are even annoyed with it, maybe you should take a deep breath before saying "No" and instead ask them why they want it? Engage them in converstation, since that's really all they want..some attention from you.

Listen to what they say, then kindly tell them no and why make it an explanation they won't understand so they'll just leave you alone.
