I REALLY need to.

I dont care if it KILLS me.

Im just under 14 stones, and im 13.

I have HUGE feet, big stomach, i hate myself, PLEASE help me *

I have about 1500 / 2000 kcls a day, and excersise for about half an hour a day.

Will any weight be lost, i wanna be a new me by new year :)

Put simply, no. The max you can safely lose per week is 2lbs, maybe up to 4lbs at your weight, and as there is only 4 weeks till New Years, it isn't safe to try it.

The best advice is to eat 1000kcal a day, and exercise for 30-60 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. With that regime the weight will come off slowly, but more importantly, safely.

To make yourself feel good, set a New Year's Resolution to have lost the weight by the end of January / February, you will be happy when you go down your first waist size.

You can safely lose around 20 pounds (9kilos) in a month with optifast or medifast, you can get it either from your doctor or pharmacy. It depends what country you are in as to where and what it is called..

It is nutritionally complete and developed by a hospital for fast weight loss for the morbidly obese. It comes in shakes, bars, soups and other meals. You do need to be supervised by your doctor whilst on it though. But it is completely safe.

I am on it myself (this is baby weight), so I know that it works IF you stick to it. The weight loss slows down after 3 months, but after that you will have lost what you need to I'd say, then keep following the maintenance programme. You MUST make permanent lifestyle changes for it to stay off, like any other diet.

And keep up your water and exercise.

cut your calorie intake to 1200 a day, drink 2 liters of water daily and increase your exercise to one hour. You will lose weight and tone up that way. Just realize, it will take discipline and determination. And probably about a year to lose all that you need to.

no too much itll take about 14 weeks (2lbs a week) if you exercise and eat healthy
if you try to starve urself ull lower ur metabolism then youll gain weight faster and easier
so do it the right way
