Help with windows photo gallery,, Vista?

Question

Ok I have looked thru resolved questions and this is also the second time im here asking again,, Heres my problem, I am using widows vista home premium and the windows photo gallery has stopped working,, I can not open the desktop icons for my personal photos and also i can not open them by right click and view,, can anyone help me solve this problem?? And thanks so much,,

they are lost windows caused by spy-ware, reinstall your windows with the CD, or your back up Cd's
