I think you're referring to the case of the teacher in Sudan who has been charged with insulting Islam because she allowed her class to name a stuffed (plush) bear Mohammed.
I believe that the British govt should work through diplomatic channels in this case, but sending troops would be an overreaction.

You are asking for an answer to a question where you provide no facts.
If a Teacher or any one else breaks the law of a host country, and is found guilty under those laws, then they must pay for their crime.
Should we send the troops in to get them, I do not think so.

First off when working in a Foreign Country you need to know whats the local laws and customs are!
Earlier this year in one African Muslim State a dumb-drunk Irish student who dropped his pants and "mooned" at the Presidential Palace at night time was arrested and spent 3 months in prison.
There are diplomatic channels to be perused, some people think that military action is the only answer for petty things.

It depends because it has a process and if the teacher was truly guilty then why should her let back but if you have a proof that she's not gulity and has a strong evidence towards it then you may proceed to the court for proper arraignment...thanks for posting..
