Ok, the last two days, I've had a hard time breathing properly. Like I feel like I have to take a deep breath most of the time but when I try, I can't seem to take a deep breath. I have to keep trying and trying. It's getting cold and heading into winter season, and last winter, around December, I had similar problems with trouble breathing. Could this be caused somehow by the winter weather/coldness? What's going on?
I have an inhaler that was prescribed to me a couple years ago that I barely used. But the medicine in it expired last month. Should I still use it anyway?

I should add that I don't have a cough, or a sore throat, or anything, but i have been waking up with the back of my mouth, and i guess kinda my throat, feeling dry, as if i been drooling in my sleep or something and it leaves my mouth/throat dry.
