There is no reason not to bathe the puppy. Her vaccine schedule has nothing to do with her bath schedule.
Baths should only be avoided if:
* Recent surgery would get incision area wet.
* Topical medication was recently applied.
* Very cold inside (puppies have a hard time regulating body temp).
* Proper shampoo is not available -No human shampoo is better or as good as puppy specific shampoo.
* Skin condition present that has not been evaluated by a vet.

Yes you can bathe her. There is nothing she can catch from getting a bath. Unless the bath water is shared by another dog that is carrying an illness.

check the instructions on the shampoo most are ok with puppies follow the instruction to the last bit. you only need to bathe your dog twice a year make sure you also dry her straight away and keep her warm

No just make sure you use the puppy shampoo. It is very mild so she will be fine.

No she is too young. If its because she is Stinky, just rub some of your leave in conditioner (an all natural one preferd) from a damp cloth. This will also get her use to getting rubbed down .

I wouldn't bathe her unless she REALLY needed bathed. Like if she got into something dirty or smelly.Dogs don't really need to be bathed that often.

Just be sure you wash and dry her quickly and don't let her get chilled. No Problem.
