It looks like the name of a particular picture... in JPG format.

Make sure that your computer is set so that you can see file name extensions. If it is not, then a file named sex city.jpg is probably actually named something like sex city.jpg.exe

In other words, it's probably a virus

If your computer is set to display file name extensions, then this is simply an image file
