If it were me, I'd try to get involved in an AIDS-based support group. Maybe through there you can meet some quality people who you can relate your feelings and experiences with. And you never know who you may meet.

As far as casual dating, you must be up front with whomever you go out with. That can be a dealbreaker in some cases though.

you should start by finding yourself an AIDS support group that can help you through this basic stuff. You can find love again, but it's probably best to be with some other + person. And to always use protection. They may have a different strain of the disease then you do, and you can possibly make each other sicker. But really you should go to a support group, there several everywhere. you will elarn how to manage and cope with your disease this way.
