A puppy is born without teeth. When the pup is three to four weeks old, 28 teeth will break through the gums so the puppy will be able to eat solid food.

no they dont start getting teeth till they are 2 to 3 weeks old and have a full set by 8 weeks and lose thier baby teeth around 4 or 5 months and get thier permanent teeth in.

no dog are born without teath like humans .. dog start getting thier teeth as early as two weeks. or even when thier eyes open.
