It was happening for 15 minutes. Is this someone who has other woman or am I just stepping in fire which is gonna burn me.

Yes it is and that's why he wouldn't answer the phone... That's your first sign of trouble. On the flip side, it could have been someone that he's really close with or a family member. The worst thing you can do is not mention it and let it sit and fester...

Well, since you had sex with him, I'm sure you know him well (for at least a month), and know if he's dating or not, right? It could be just a friend - did you see the number? If he didn't answer it, it was because you were there. If you haven't been dating him for a month or more, then you have step all into it, girl!! lol....

Because he has alot of friends....or
Because he has a psycho ex-girlfriend stalking him...or

Maybe another girlfriend
or his boss wanting to know why he wasn't at work..
or his drug dealer wanting money...
or it could have been his Mom, wanting to know "what he was doing"
I wouldn't worry, until you have more evidence....

you could ask if hes seeing others as well. if your not into that, then step off. it could be friends calling him, or family. ask him. dont be afraid. tell him how you feel
