I'd spend 90% of it on alcohol and women, and waste the rest.

I'd hand it right back and say, 'Keep the cash. I'm happy enough with the Love, thanks.' Maybe just a little on alcohol and drugs, though. It might be fun to take God down to Tijuana and get stoned and drunk one night, and then watch A Touch of Evil with a couple of shake dancers.

Waste is the natural result of consumption. Don't you have waste? If anything is used it will cause some form of waste.
Alcohol and drugs are only one form of pleasure/entertainment. Some find pleasure in hearing their name announced or noted in the paper when they give money. Some find it entertaining to have people come and ask for money and they get to wield control over them. Some people get pleasure from the whispers around them at church when they have so much.
You are only pointing out the most obvious and forgetting the most insidious.
What does your idea of God gain by giving you anything?

I'd waste about half and spend the rest of alcohol on drugs.

Well if you consider paying off debts, helping family members who don't have much money, and donating to charities "wasting", then I'm definitely wasting it.

I wouldn't waste it... I'd donate it to those churches that would like to settle the child abuses cases. they need the money

Neither, I would buy a few well-drilling rigs and hire someone to run them. I would send them to the countries of the world where they need clean water to live. I would let them drive all over the countries drilling wells.
