I agree. Excessive licking of the feet and chewing above the rear are classic signs of a food allergy. I wold reconsider the food she is on. Even if it isn't a "bad" brand, there is something in it making her itch. Rotties are hypersensitive to everything, so maybe try her on a holistic food or even an allergy formula. My male Sibe is allergic to wheat, and he gets ear infections to go along with the paw licking.
Some good foods to try: Merrick, Innova, Wellness, Canidae. Wellness fish and potatoe is a allergy formula. My guys are doin awesome on Merrick Wilderness Blend. It is also considered an allergy formula.

Have you talked to your vet about allergies? Excessive paw licking is usually an indication of allergic reactions.

paw licking may be due to allergic reactions to dust. my bulldog is having the same problems. are the dogs nails turning black? this may be from allergic reactions. you would probably want to bring him to a vet. i was told to give my dog a lil bit of benedryl. but since my dog hasnt been licking as much lately, i didnt give him benedryl. i just make sure his area and pretty much the whole house is as dust free as possible.

I give my guy a benedryl and an aspirin every day for his allergies.
