Depends what you're into. Since you said "hot clubs" that makes me think more like the big loud music dance type places. If that's the case, then I'd suggest Tiki Bob's, Have a Nice Day or the Ugly Monkey. Nicky Blaine's is a pretty cool cigar/martini bar also.
Other people have suggested Slippery Noodle, which is great, but ONLY if you're into live jazz. Basically, if you're going to the game, you're probably gonna be downtown. Just walk along South Meridian St. and check out all the different places. I'm more of a sports bar kinda guy, which there are also plenty of those too.
But, if you aren't going downtown, there's Broadripple also. There's probably 50 different bars there within like 8 blocks of each other. Just hop in any cab and say "Broadripple" and they'll know where you want to go. It's about six or seven miles away from downtown, but it's a completely different scene. A little younger/college crowd than downtown too.
If worse comes to worse, just ask somebody, they don't call it "hoosier hospitality" for nothing. - maybe put a jacket over your Jones-Drew Jersey if you're gonna be asking directions though - j/k.

Only bars I've been to downtown are Tiki Bobs/Have A Nice Day which were pretty fun. Don't go to the Ugly Monkey. It doesnt have the highest quality people if you know what I mean.
