Ofcourse! If you already have a web site, you can create an entire page that lists all of (and links to all) the organizations you believe most strongly in, that accept donations on their web site. You can then create a link to this one page on every page of your web site (you can call the link "Make a Difference", for instance).

OR, you can choose just one or two organizations to support by placing links to their "donate" pages throughout your own web site. Which organizations? It depends on what your interests are -- what cause do you feel most passionately about? If it's Feed the Children, then simply link to their "donate" page on your own web site. But it's best if you put a note with the link as well, saying why you have chosen this particular charity to support.

If you go to the website of the charity you're interested in, many of them have such a tool, and the website administrator should be able to tell you how to link that or some other such link to your page.
