Hi, Has anyone tried this in the uk with their neighbours? If so, what was the outcome, did it help?

I would suggest you ask this question again either in the UK section of answers or in the UK International answers section.
From what I've researched, mediation in the UK seems to have a high success rate. Have you checked out these sites?
