ah yes I do. My favorite (LOL) or dominate symptom is sore muscles between my shoulder blades and a stiff neck. Sometimes I get a sore back (lumbar area) and sore tailbone. Back in the old days before I started avoiding MSG, I would get depressed. One of the symptoms I have forgotten is nasal congestion because I have become accustomed to thinking it was a cold.

The only symptom I have is a slight tingling in my hands, like they are swelling, but they don't swell. It is an odd sensation but nothing disabling. I get that sensation after eating anything with MSG and it is not in my head. It isn't so bad it keeps me from enjoying fried chicken though.

None... I don't react to MSG.
Also, I believe that the "allergy" to MSG is highly overstated. People complain about MSG allergies after eating Chinese food, but will eat processed foods with no problem. It's all in the mind.

My father-in-law cannot eat MSG's. I know that they give him terrible headaches, but don't know if he has any other symptoms.
