This is more of an answer looking for feedback! Don't pour out standing water! Instead, try pouring a little vegetable oil into standing water were they are breeding. I learned this starting with my dog's water bowl. My neighbor and I added to all the standing pools. In a week you will have no more in your yard! Get the neighbors to join and your block will be free of them!!! If a village in the middle of a swamp did this they would have a mosquito free village! Tell the WHO and UN! Its simple safe and easy!!!

That is a very good way of doing it if you have to worry about a pet drinking the water or fish that you want to live in that water. This kills the mosquitos because whenthey land the oil causes them to become stuck to the water and they die simly enough; however a muh more practical and longer lasting way if you don't have to worry about any of the forementioned is to just use some good old clorox bleach or dawn detergent or even vinegar.

there is a better way to kill mosquitoes. adopt some frogs, spread them all over your place, they will make minced meat out of those mosquitoes. I did this in my home, it worked!

only somehow, I got subliminally affected and have the craving for budweiser beer every 20 minutes.
