If the God who created Mary chose her to provide the body in which He would take upon flesh, would that make her the mother of God?

And if being a vessel "full" of Jesus" who was "full of grace and truth" and bringing forth the "word made flesh" (J. 1:14) makes one sinless, then why would not those who are "full of Jesus Spirit and thus are also "highly favoured" (Lk. 1:28; Eph. 1:6 - same Gk. word), and those who brought forth the inspired Word of God (1Pt. 1:21) be sinless also?

The short answer to your question is not anymore than something was lacking in the stewardship of those who brought forth His written word. God chooses sinful men to bring for His perfect word, and Son. To God be the glory.

Moreover, Mary is indicated as failing in her motherhood by standing with Jesus brethren who did not believe in Him (Jn. 7:5) outside He was holding an audience, and seeking to speak to Him, which Scripture does not say He did but placed all obedient brethren as his mother, and brethren (Mt. 12:46-50).

It's all a myth. The story was made up to convert the Greeks and Romans who believed that gods could copulate with mortals.
