There is no other way to be positive. Other than waiting and seeing puppies born! A vet is the only way to know for sure!!!
The "signs" of pregnancy, like enlarged abdomen, swollen nipples, increased appetite.....these can all be signs of a FALSE pregnancy also!! So, a vet is still the only way to know!!!

You'll notice her appetite increasing and her belly bigger. Her teats will also be bigger because she is getting ready to feed her babies. Good luck!
