i recently started a new job and saw a girl who works in my department who is amazing and who i fancied. the other night in a club when we were drunk we started kissing and it continued for some time, i dont have her number but will be working with her and i dont know if it will be awkward as when i left i hear she was flirting with another bloke. is there likely to be anything happena nd what can i do to help something happen? she is 20 and im 18

Since she was flirting with someone else after you left I wouldn't worry too much, just act professional and polite in the office. I'm not sure I would want to start a relationship with her though, doesn't sound like she's looking for anything more than fun.

I think the best thing to do is just to pretend it didn't happen! If it is all over the office gossip chain just be flippant and make like you don't care, even if you really do. Don't worry babes, kissing someone in a nightclub is definately not the worst thing you can do on a drunken night out.

well first you only hear she was flirting with someone else and bearing in mind you was both drunk when you was kissing there might be a bit of awkwardness but just be yourself say hi next time you see here and see how she reacts

I would just go into work and act like nothing happened. You can say something like I had a good time the other night and then by her reaction on can tell more.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. She was probably drinking too right?!

u might want to think about persuing anything with her considering shes making out with you one minute and flirting with somone else the next...i mean if you really want to be with her talk to her..maybe surprise her with flowers and tell what a great time you had with her the other night...if shes interested shell let you know...
