You seem a little young to be asking questions like this. If you have to ask, talk to your mother and tell your best friend's brother to ask someone else. Otherwise, quit posting questions like these. Or is this a way to attract attention to yourself?
Additional Comments: He has to be yanking your chain. there is no way a 17 yr old boy is going to ask you someone that is younger what to do - he'll ask someone older who is more experienced.
