Personal chemistry is most important. There is no one secret. You must find a common interest and write about that. I listed a question on a Philosophy forum and received answers minutes later from individuals I will never meet. Yet I felt connected to those people because we we're thinking on the same plane. Don't write sexually. Just write about your greatest passion be it computers, philosophy, etc. Chances are, in this large world, you'll find a guy interested. Find commonality! Happy hunting.

Tell him a story. Start slow, get it heated up, it has to build to a climax and then start a new story. What worked for me in the past has been to these words at the end "to be continued". Always leave them wanting more.
Find a good porn/erotic novel. I am not talking about a romance novel either! You have to find an adult books store and find books that are exciting and tell a good story as the model to follow.
Example: It had been way to long to get to this moment. I thought I could never get as wet as I am right now. I love the way your hands made my body tingle as you expertly play with my nip...

be sweet. tell him things that would make him smile, not things that you would be ashamed of telling your mother. give him a good feeling about talking to you, because you cheer him up so much. once again, make him smile with your words. tell him you love him...those type of things that just make a person feel good.
