As has been posted, they'll be on your DD-214.

Um.. "the army is trying to discharge you"? For what? You might take a look at
http://usmilitary.about.com/od/theorderlyroom/l/blcodemenu.htm
to see if you can find the reason the army is trying to discharge you. If they're TRYING to discharge you... they most likely will succeed. And, if it's for cause....

It will be on the DD-214 long form

If the Army is wanting to discharge you and you are wanting to stay in the Army, the first thing you do is try to speak with your Capt. ASAP! Your CO if necessary.

Next, but only as a last resourced, request a Special Court Marshall.

YOU MUST do this while you are still in the Army--don't wait until you get out! To try to go to the Military Court of Appeals in Washington is like you trying to pull your own teeth. If they don't want to hear you, they won't--regardless of what you have to say or can prove!

That info will be on your DD214, when you get discharged.

I suggest you go to JAG and get some info from them. Or please give us more details on why the Army is trying to discharge you.
