Definitely yes..
I do not think it has happened so in Saudi. But I am for it.
You western people can't understand what respect is. and you should not judge others by your atheistic standards. Islam is national religion in Saudi, Saudi have every right to make laws to protect honour of Prophets.
You people asociate yourself with Jesus, on one side you worship him and on another side you reserve right to insult him.

Check your sources....
It was in the Sudan, not Saudi Arabia.

And she didn't name the bear: the name was picked by the children in her class (which included at least one Mohammed) and she allowed the name to stand.

If this results in outrage, protests and riots, I shall be saddened, and note one more instance where people prefer believing rumour, when they *wish* to be outraged.

(Though that's hardly a vice limited to the Middle East.)

These people are giving Islam a bad name. When will religious people learn not to repeatedly kick their religion in the nuts? For example, trying to get everyone to believe that Earth is only 4000 years old.

Absolutely not.
However, the teddy bear should be imprisoned and lashed in a symbolic form of defiance against Islam.

Obviously not, I think the whole thing has been taken out of context by the authorities. The teachers intentions were not to offend I'm sure.

They'll come to their senses and let her go. They may even apologise.

Yet ANOTHER example of the "religion of peace".

Yep.

She's probably lucky they didn't behead her.

Hmm. Perhaps she can share a jailcell with the recent rape "victim" (who "instigated" and "caused" those poor guys to rape her)?

No, and we should all learn from this that we should not allow morality or religion to be enforced as civil laws.

It's the typical muslim mind. And a girl gets raped and she's found guilty?

no (and she hasn't....yet)
It's especially stupid considering it was named in honor of one of the kids in her class
