this happen to me for instense
i havn;t talked to this girl for like ` year.
shes married and has a kid
lately i dreamt about her that i was looking for her number and found it and called her and talked to her in my dream
i hear her name like15 times a day.
like 10 mins ago i found her number and try to sent her a text message but my signal got lost and the text couldnt go out
are this signs to call her or not to call her? or am i going crazy

You are not going crazy sweetheart. Don't let the negative opinions of others get you down. I believe these things happen for a reason. I have had similiar experiences myself in regards to a difficult relationship with someone, where I didn't know if it was meant to be for us to reconnect or not. Maybe just relax yourself, take a step back, and a few deep breaths. See what comes to you then. If it is meant to be for you two to reconnect, you surely will. Good Luck.

I'd say that any "sign" is probably your conscious mind noticing something more frequently or reading into an event because it's on your subconscious mind.
