get her a gift card to her favorite store.
maybe a gift card to the movies or a restaurant or a baby store so she can get her baby something

The mani/pedi idea sounds great. Offer to babysit while she goes. Or, bath stuff. Moms need a time out. Something just for them. Something to help her relax. A couple of nights out, or just a few hours to do grocery shopping without the baby is a huge thing to them.

i'm not 22 but since she's mom, maybe try offering to babysit so she can have a night off. all mom's love that!!
