I'm having a birthday party Saturday and I have been super male deprived lately. Plenty of guys my age (14) are coming and I want to kiss someone. I've made out before so I know how. Ijust want some tips on initiating it or him initiating it. And maybe some tongue-tips too.

First step: Slow down. You should be picky about who you make out with instead of just looking for a guy. Not only will you get yourself a bad reputation (i.e. look like a whore) but you will make some bad hookup decisions.
If/when you find a guy you are interested in and want to be physical, you should make slight hints about your interest. Touch the guy on the shoulder, laugh at his jokes, etc. If the guy is around 14 years old, there's a good chance his hormones will make him go nuts and you'll be making out with him by the end of your party.

Why don't you just do your homework and concentrate on something important like finishing school? Tongue tips??? Keep yours in your mouth. If you want to kiss someone, just anyone, just tell everyone that boys are expected to kiss you since it is your birthday and that can be their present. Have your mother form a line for the boys so you don't miss anyone.
ARGGHHHH!!!! You have plenty of time to "make out", try not to get pregnant before you graduate.

Just announce that you are playing 7 minutes in heaven. You get to go into a closet with a bunch of different guys and kiss. You are almost guaranteed to get make-out time. When seven minutes are up, tell the guy you want to keep making out.

Take a cold shower. I mean it! You have no idea the kind of emotional trouble you're inviting, making out with "a guy" (he might like it and think you are into him a lot...but you don't seem to have a specific one in mind:( It's not nice to use a guy like that, just as it;s not nice for guys to use a girl like that.
Cold shower..or go out for a run in the cold (I'm serious, that takes off the pressure and cools you down).

be yourself, and let people kno you are available.... try not to be bitchy or hard to talk to... guys like chill people, most importantly be yourself, i love a woman true to herself.... you dont wanna go out with someone who really wont be with you regardless...its a waste of time....
